THE CB RADIO<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Midland is known as the first CB manufacturer in the United States, getting its start in 1959.\"\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WEATHER RADIOS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Midland rolled out desktop NOAA weather radios, bringing the fastest, most accurate information straight from the National Weather Service. Midland was one of a handful of manufacturers partnering with the Consumer Electronics Association (now known as Consumer Technology Association) to develop the Public Alert standards that are still in use today.\"\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n
